Pewność siebie można zbudować. I mówię to z perspektywy człowieka, któremu zajęło to sporo pracy, analiz, rozmyślań i działań. I jak widać, operacja się udała, a pacjent, czyli ja, radzi sobie całkiem nieźle.

Uwierz w siebie – to jeden z moich ukochany sloganów.
Dlaczego? Bo jest prosty w wypowiedzeniu, a zarazem niczego nie zmienia w życiu.
Samo mówienie do niczego nie prowadzi. Kluczowe jest zrozumienie tego, jak to osiągnąć. Jak naprawdę uwierzyć w siebie. Jak zaufać sobie do tego stopnia, że mało co będzie w stanie nas wytrącić z tego poczucia.
I tutaj nie chodzi o to, że możesz coś zmienić na zewnątrz. Pewności siebie nie da Ci partner czy partnerka, nie da Ci tego kasa, nie da Ci tego sześciopak czy wielki biust.
Pewności siebie nie da się kupić. Nie da się jej wytworzyć poprzez próbę zbudowania relacji z kimś, kto na każdym kroku ma zapewniać nas o naszej wyjątkowości.
Bo… Nikt, naprawdę nikt nie chce być ciągłym motorem napędowym Twojego dobrego samopoczucia.
Jeśli już ustaliliśmy, że z wysokim poczuciem własnej wartości nikt się nie rodzi, to zastanówmy się, jak to jest, jak je stworzyć, jak sprawić, że ono zawita do naszego wnętrza i nie da się z niego wyrzucić.
W życiu spotykają nas różne sytuacje, jedni reagują na nie lepiej, inni gorzej. O ile osoby o stabilnym poczuciu własnej wartości radzą sobie z nimi całkiem dobrze, to osoby, którym pewności brak cierpią katusze.
Jest coś, co warto wiedzieć. Nikt, nigdy nie będzie wystarczająco dobry dla wszystkich. A niskie poczucie własnej wartości często wywodzi się z tego, że próbujemy zadowolić wszystkich dookoła, a zapominamy o sobie. Dopóki nie zaakceptujesz faktu, że życie nie polega na robieniu dobrze wszystkim, nigdy nie zaznasz spokoju, który płynie z wnętrza. A spokój jest bezcenny.
Najważniejsze to skończyć szukać odpowiedzi, szczęścia, miłości, prawdy, pewności poza sobą. Wszystko tak naprawdę jest w nas. To, czego potrzebujemy, jest w nas. To, co może nas umocnić i zbudować jest w nas. W nas, a nie poza nami. Trzeba zacząć szukać.
Ja szukałem bardzo długo, może za długo, aż w końcu przyszedł taki moment, taki totalny spokój płynący z przeświadczenia, że nie ważne jest to, co myślą inni, ważne jest to, co ja myślę o sobie.
Skup się na tym, czym w danym momencie dysponujesz. Jakie są Twoje wartości, jakie masz umiejętności, jakie masz zalety, wady. Przeanalizuj siebie, element po elemencie, bez zastanawia się nad tym, jacy są inni. Zdejmij z siebie presję zadowolenia otoczenia, w którym jesteś. Doceniaj zalety i je rozwijaj, akceptuj wady i pracuj nad niby. Jeżeli nie poznasz swoich mocny i słabych stron, to byle głupota będzie w stanie wytrącić Cię z równowagi.
Skończ kręcić na siebie bata i się biczować, zamień to na wachlarz, którym będziesz się wachlować, w czasie pracy nad sobą.
Zacznij pracować nad sobą ze sobą. Nic tak nie podbija pewności siebie, jak zmiany, które owocują w Tobie. Małe sukcesy osiągane każdego dnia.
